Choroidal Neovascularization in Inflammatory Diseases of Choroid and Retina

Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is one of the main complications causing vision loss in inflammatory diseases of the retina. Ocular histoplazmosis (OH), toxoplasmosis, toxocariasis, rubella, multifocal choroiditis, serpiginous choroiditis, punctate inner choroiditis, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada, Behçet disease, symphathetic ophthalmia and sarcoidosis are the main inflammatory causes of CNV. In our article we would like to review the inflammatory diseases of the choroid and retina that causes CNV and their current treatment.
